      Sleeping schedule messed up?

My sleeping schedule is really messed up. Lately I've been staying up all night and sleeping all day. Most of the time I usually wake up around 5:00 PM and before that I go to bed around 5:00am. I want this to stop. I get really exhausted when I am awake in the day with no sleep. This is beginning to be a pain. I don't want to sleep all day and sleep all night to get my sleeping schedule back on track, It would be bad if I wasted a day sleeping all day. Is there another way to get my sleeping schedule back to normal? I used to go to bed around 10:30-11:00 PM but I lost side of my sleeping schedule I don't know what to do. I'm about getting ready for a job and some classes and I can't sleep through them. I don't know what to do. It's driving me mad >_<

You answered your own question. The only way to get your sleeping schedule back on track is to force yourself to sleep during the night, so, what you'll have to do is make yourself exhausted before you go to sleep and then prevent yourself from going to sleep during the day, caffeine should help you there
