Hello all, just got a slight problem with my sleep I thought you lot might know a thing or two about. The last month or so, I seem to be getting little or no rest from my sleep. I get between 7-9 hours a night, but just don't feel the benefits anymore. Instead, I find myself in a constant state of exhaustion that sleep only seems to worsen. I've seen a doctor about it, but they didn't seem to know what might be causing it/how to fix it. It's gotten to such a point that I'm falling asleep at inopportune throughout the day. |

I would suggest you to try practicing yoga, as it help relieve off the stress and may be this could help you have a sound sleep at night. It also help you have a better build to the body maintaining the proportion. Try getting up a little early as practicing yoga early in the morning yields better results. An alarm could help you to wake up in the morning. |
