I thought I would post my 2 cents about something, last year I ventured to a spa and had an hours session in a floatation tank and although it sounds morbid because you are essentially in a cocoon type thing for an hour, it's meant to have a lot of benefits in sleeping, they use a type of salt in the water so that you just float on the water and the water is the same temperature as your body so you just feel like your floating! Also from this all your muscles are all relaxed and there is no tension.
