take a nap to stay up later
Okay...
So I enjoy being up late at night, but I have to wake up very early for school generally (like 5:30 sometimes), and I was wondering if it is a bad idea to take a nap for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, waking up by alarm or my "mental alarm clock", and then going to bed later. It may not be the best for recall or WILDing, although I may remember more dreams. I know it sounds weird but I would love to try this for a few days at least...or maybe over the summer where it won't interfere with exams next week.
