Thread: trouble sleeping at boy scout campouts need help

so a while back i would sleep fine on campouts but now i don't sleep well and i end up crying in the middle of the night and eventually get homesick because im so frustrated. so i take my mp3 now for when i cant sleep but i eventually still get sad. Last summer camp was hell for me because i had horrible sleep and i am going to a really cool new summer camp but im not sure if i should go ( btw im 13). I just recently got home from a backpacking trip which was a living hell because i slept bad i was crying and just so miserable. My dad says i dont have to go to summer camp if i think i will be miserable. So does anybody know any good over the counter pills to help me sleep or could i use my iso chronic tones on my mp3?.

I really need help i want to go to this summer camp but i do not want to be miserable sleeping.

please help me guys it would mean a lot
