Graphics Cards

So my graphics card just fried on me and I'm stuck with using the on board card.
Sucks so much ass.

I need a new graphics card, and I was wondering about Fan-less cooling vs. fan cooled, is either one better than the other?
Also, I was hoping someone could tell me the best card I could get for pretty cheap.

Fanless cooling meaning what, water or something? That seems a bit excessive.

If you're planning to play games, you're going to want fan or water cooling. Passive cooling won't do.

I suggest the Nvidia 260GTX btw. It's not too expensive and it's really really good :)
