Help me out, please.

I've decided that my current phone sucks...and seeing how nothing from T-Mobile appeals to me, I want to get a (j-phone) Japanese Phone.

The only problem is that, I don't know if it'll work on T-Mobile in the first place.
So here are my choices:

(in English) my first choice the SH-01C
docomo PRIME series SH-01C | Products | NTT DOCOMO

Second Choice
(in Japanese, try to translate)
docomo PRIME series SH-10C | �»•i | NTTƒhƒRƒ‚


I heard about hypersim, but I'm really not too sure about exactly what it does.
But I'd like to know if the two choices I made will work on T-Mobile.
If anyone has had experience with these phone or something similar could you tell me about them? More specifically, are there any really good features, downsides, what can you save to the microSD? I already know you can change the UI in English so I'm not to worried about that.

What are you looking to change with your current phone? What about it bothers you that these phones fix? Maybe there's another T-mobile alternative that you missed that might be easier to get a hold of.

I'm trying this to the SMS limit, and add new themes.

Or learned something, here (see the second post) Increase SMS limit on GD570. Also a question.

Total guess here, but maybe the phone mounts the SD card on boot and those files are configuration files, and when you edited them you basically fed the phone garbage and it stalled in the boot process. I don't know if that's bringing you much closer, but maybe you could hack something up that'll take advantage of that mount and let it load something on the phone? But unless you knew how the OS worked I doubt that would be an easy feat.

I'd go with another phone.
