Can't find drivers for this vid card.

I shoved this video card into my machine.
POST tells me that it is "G86 P413 SKU 008 MSINV07G1"
This SOUNDS to me like G86 400, but I tried a driver for that and it still doesn't work.
I am limited on what I can download cus this is my office computer...

Report: All Nvidia G84/G86 Chips Defective

If it's old or used or you just found it somewhere, it's probably fucked.
