      Please tell us about:

      1: Computer specifications?
      2: Version of Windows?
      3: Are your drivers updated?
4: What were you doing prior to the crash?
      5: Has it happened before?

You could try dumping those files in here, though I doubt it would really shed some light on the issue. Just do it though, more information is good.

Dump the .dmp file on here. Or if you know anything about computers, take a look at this: NirSoft Blue ScreenViewer. What's in red will tell you what failed. And if you don't know, then at the very least, paste the results here.

EDIT: Also, like Marvo said, Specs help a ton as well.

I'm not sure about the drivers. I'm not even sure what drivers would be important for something like this. This is a very streamline system.
This crash occurs after the computer times out and locks, and then the user logs back in (unlocks). ALMOST every time, but not always.
      The files don't actually exist.

Most likely a driver error. Try updating all of your drivers, in particular motherboard related software. Could be a virus, thought I doubt it.

I was actually suspecting something similar. I'm going to talk to my boss about replacing it, because the manhours will be less. Won't know until Monday if I can do this.
