Direct Sound and or computer errors

I'm having a problem using Magix Music Maker since I recently updated to Windows 10. I can't use Magix sometimes because of this error... Don't really want to revert back to windows 7 as I like windows 10. A direct sound error has been popping up. I will give you guys the error later if I get it again. I also thought there should be a place to discuss computer errors. If there is a topic like this already I'm sorry...

Edit: Didn't see tech talk oops... Feel free to delete this if whoever wants....

When I upgraded to Windows 10, I had a ton of driver issues, so that might be a good place to start. Go to your device manager (it's in the control panel, but you can just search "Device Manager" in Cortana if you're lazy like me), and under "Sound, video and game controllers", right-click your sound device and select "Update Driver Software...", and then go through the steps to search automatically online.

If that doesn't work, you might want to try right-clicking and selecting "Uninstall", and then check the "Delete the driver software for this device" before clicking OK. It should immediately re-add it after you uninstall it and automatically find the correct driver for it (if not, you might have to restart your computer). And if all that fails, you could try Googling your device name followed by "drivers" and manually install the correct driver from there.
"Going through life worrying about the little things is like cooking with motor oil instead of cooking oil. Sure, you can still probably pull it off, but it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth in retrospect." - Me, apparently

Thank you spellbee2. I actually tried that and still got an error but did it again and it works for now. Thank you Do you know much about USB ports? They seem to be failing so I tried uninstalling and restarting but to no avail. Should I take the computer to a computer repair place to have them look at it?

Well I think the problem is with the program itself. I'm still getting errors like crazy and decided to try using FL Studio. It seems a better program but looks like I'm going to have to spend a hundred to two hundred dollars for the actual program eventually...
