Downloaded videos with Firefox( help)?

Hey guys!

I have heard that you can download videos from youtube if you have firefox? IS this true and if so how can i do it?

Just search https://addons.mozilla.org for the right extension. I think there was one called VideoDownloader that worked with sites like YouTube. I wrote a program in python awhile ago that wasn't specifically for YouTube, but the HTML source it was made to parse is very similar to that of YouTube. I could probably adapt if the need came up.

A much better method is to simply download the latest version of RealPlayer. It does a much better job than VideoDownloader with its video downloading thingy.
