Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

I have a Sony Ericsson w960i which has Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync installed. I want to set my phone up with my work email/calendar but don't know where to find the settings I need (without having to ask our IT guys for them)

I wondered if anyone would know a way I could find the domain and server details required?

If you want to know for sure or if the settings don't work, you'll have to check with whoever manages the Microsoft Exchange Server.
