Won't stay logged in.
Well, as anybody who's been following my dream journal knows, I've recently hooked up a laptop next to my bed so I can be lazy and not have to move to use it. Every time I try to post on the website from this computer, it says I'm not logged in, so I'll have to do it again. Every time, I click "remember me" and it almost seems to forget it. It's possible I have the computer set up to delete all cookies/ everything in my temp folder, but I wanted to hear from anybody out there first. It happened one time when I spent 20 minutes typing up a dream, and then it signed me out. I lost all of that data, and ended up just replacing it with key words so I would remember it. Any ideas?

What browser are you using? Make sure that you're accepting cookies from this site.

I'm on Google Chrome, which is what I run on my other computer. I just logged into G-mail (which I use because I receive the E-mail notifications) to discover it had done the same thing. The only difference I can note is that this laptop runs XP and my desktop runs Vista.

Make sure it's set to allow cookies.

Alright. I know I could find it if I tried, but could you maybe give me a general idea where I would find that?

Should be in the "Under the hood" settings in Chrome, or whatever it's called.

It is set to accept all cookies.

Get a real browser.
Google Chrome doesn't even have an RSS reader.

I'm thinking of getting Opera. Anybody used it before? Anyway, I've used IE, FireFox, Safari, all the standard ones, but I much prefer Chrome. Any suggestions? By the way, I did get it to work. I don't know what the problem was before, but now I'm automatically logged in any time I come here.

Opera is a great browser, go for it and try it. I still prefer Firefox, but it's really a personal preference.
