Basically the problem you have here is that...................... COMPUTERS HAVE GAINED A LIFE OF THEIR OWN!!! WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!!
but on a serious note, I have no idea
This is the BIOS pre-boot execution environment
(that's the "PXE" bit)
basically, it allows diskless machines to boot over the network from a server serving operating system images
I have this setup on my mythbox in the lounge,
means you get a machine without the noise of a spinning hard disk
If you are receiving this message (and have not setup LTSP, or anything like that) then chances are your hard disk has failed
Your hard disk has failed, so the BIOS falls back to booting over the network
No machine handing out OS images = "no boot filename received"
In a nutshell, the BIOS cannot find an operating system to boot into
*edit*
either that,
or you've disabled hard disk booting in the BIOS
check that first
*edit 2*
the fact you've got a screenshot of it suggests this isn't running on bare metal (in a VM?)
what are you trying to do?
Oh ok.
I forgot to mention in the OP that I'm running a virtual machine.
I got an OS image now, so it's working correctly.
