Linux recovery CD
Which Linux distribution do you think would be the best to use as a recovery/utility CD? It's intended to be used for instance to copy out files from a windows computer that's crashed, or to delete viruses that are not cooperative and such. The person to be using the CD only has limited Linux experience, so I guess something with a desktop environment would be best. Obviously the CD needs to be bootable, but I guess all Linux CDs are.
So, do you people have any suggestions?

I've always liked the Trinity Rescue Kit

Their documentation (especially about recovering files from damaged disks / formatted drives, etc.) is superb

I always use Ubuntu for that purpose, but I think I will try that from now on :)
