Initializing a Firefox plugin

I'm getting desperate and need help. I'm trying to open a firefox plugin and use it in my application. I can load the plugin into memory, but when I try and initialize it, it crashes. I've attached a minimal example. It requires wxWidgets, but it's not heavily dependent on it. If you take out the window in main.h and do a bulk replace of wxString with std::string, it should work fine.

Excuse the messiness, I change things so often that formatting went out the window.
