If you have a smartphone with a decent browser that runs flash...yes.
If you have one of those super locked-down featurephones that do nothing and have a shitty WAP browser...no.
I know it's possible I just can't find any sites.
I have a Motorola CLIQ, running Android.
Even better. Android's browser should have decent AJAX support.
