Database Editing and Searching Software in Visual Basic. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

This is extremely important, guys. I need a database management software in Visual Basic, that can create, edit, delete, and search records in a particular database. Please help me, this is very important and I suck at VB. :`(

If you cannot give me a program, then please just give me a step by step instruction, or the codes for writing the program. Any help greatly appreciated.

What is the scope of your needs? A lot of active directory and exchange can be done with MS Exchange, which is probably supported by VB.

School project. :( Cannot use any other software other than VB and Microsoft Access. Otherwise, I would have done it a LONG time ago.
