WILDing
Ok so yesterday I was trying to WILD(nap WILD). First I closed my eyes. After about 10min nothing happened. I think I wasn't tired. Also there was a lot of noise from a party in the room next to mine.(Family get together so a lot of kids and babies.:panic:) So tomorrow morning Im going to try to WILD with a 3sec alarm. So this leads me to my question. Can I open my eyes when the alarm goes off. Thanks

ummm wait..what?! the point of a WILD is to enter a Lucid dream while awake. Basically you are transitioning into sleep while remaining aware of the process. Im assuming your doing it with a WBTB and the alarm is going to wake you up for it...? which in that case, yes, you can open your eyes, but more importantly when you do WBTB's your supposed to stay up a good 10-30min so you arent too drowsy and dont just fall back asleep immediately. Well it depends on how long your sleeping before attempting a WILD. I would sleep a good 5-8. or are you attempting the form of WILD where you set an alarm to wake you up 15 min before you usually do and remain still when it goes off and then try to enter a dream? if thats it, then no you dont open your eyes.... theres a name for it but i cant remember what its called :/
What exactly are you trying to do?

Everything is in the guide... all you have to do is awake when the alarm goes off and remain still with your eyes closed and then you will re-enter your dream...
