What am I doing wrong?
I'd be bout to fall asleep and be rather un observant of my thoughts and such, but I'd hear the really loud noises in my head which is a sign of WILD, how you can hear loud noises as though they are right near you. But whenever I'd notice these sounds they'd quickly dissapear and this always happens.
I don't go to bed with the intention of WILDing. Should I, and imagine my dream scene and its sensations? How can I observe the noises without making them shoot off and dissapear like they do? This normally happens within the first moment I am going to bed, I don't WBTB to WILD or anything..
Am I doing something wrong? Is this not even WILDing at all?

Well im no expert but I know its extremely hard to WILD without WBTB. Nearly impossible, since your not in your REM cycle at all.

well for me, i just wake up, and while im tired, i close my eyes, stay completely still, even keep my eyes still but keep my self conscious and in a matter of seconds i just go into sleep paralysis but i've never wanted to go past SP as last night i slighlty freaked out and could only move my finger :panic:, but i'll do it soon. :)
