Hi,
For several times I've tried to WILD...
I've heard that you should lay on your back while waiting for SP to kick in...
Here's the problem...I've tried that and I can't fall asleep,and for around 20 mins im lying on the bed with no effects or signs of SP...
Since I cant fall asleep on my back,I tried to WILD in my usual position(on the side,hand under pillow^^)but that way I fall asleep quite fast...
Any suggestions?More details?
Am I doing something wrong?
