I never, ever have HI, and my Sleep Parlysis is more Numbness than paralysis, Its a wee bit harder to move, but I can easily 'Break' out of it. My vibrations are fairly strong, but I've never gotten further than that and never actually 'Entered' the dream.
Just before the onset of sleep paralysis occurs, I "know" it's going to happen. When it does happen, it feel as if my body suddenly tenses up, and I also experience rushing noises and tactile sensations such as floating and the feeling that my covers are being pulled off me.
During a DEILD, it's more numbness than anything. When I re-enter the dream, I sometimes feel like I'm accelerating greatly, then it stops as soon as I'm in it.
