Actually, what is needed is control over one's own focus, the body can take care of itself. You have to form a feeling for not only your conscousness but how it connects to the body. You have to learn to simply focus and let the body go to sleep. To pull in to where you know you are.
Um... thanks for the advice, but i have no idea what your talking about, do you think you could explain what that means?
I'm not sure what you mean...WILD means having to wake up during sleep, but I think you have to go to bed within a certain time limit. If you mean staying up late then just falling asleep you might be better off trying a DILD. I am kind of new though so I may be wrong :p
