      Binaural Beats?

      What is the best way to use binaural beats? Is it to just meditate with them or put them in your ears when sleeping or just looping them while sleeping ? how do you guys use them.

      Some binaural beats relax you, so you just listen to them as you're going to bed in order to fall asleep quickly. Once you're relaxed enough, you take your headphones out (the recommended way to listen to them is with headphones).
