something i love about trying to WILD in the afternoon is

the fact that its just a nap basically whether or not you fail. it really kills time too if youre bored. i usually take 25 minutes to get to SP in the afternoon (havent tries it at night) and ill usually make 4to 5 attempts which is about a 2 hour nap. its cool because i get extra "sleep" in while trying to have an LD. its like multitasking while sleeping.... or something. when do you think its the best time to WILD? i havent tried WBTB yet. i think that might be more effective. can someone explain to me when the best time to WILD is?

I think the best time is early in the morning maybe 45min after waking up. For me I cant wait this long tho or I will never fall asleep, so I wait about 20 mins. Also I would say the WBTB method is very good, because even if WILD fails you still might have a ld. This is what has happened to me every time iv had a LD

Yeah, the best time to do it is somewhere between a WBTB and a nap. What I've been trying is to wake up a little early (30-60 minutes), do everything normally for an hour (get dressed, eat breakfast, read DreamViews), then go attempt the WILD. As soon as you start the WILD you'll realize how tired you still are. At the very least you'll get some pretty vivid dreams.

thats a very good idea for days I have to get up early which is only 2 days a week but still it sounds like a good idea. I usually have trouble waiting an hour tho because I usually sleep alot and after an hour I have trouble falling back to sleep.
