I tried to WILD a couple of hours ago. After laying for some time, and doing the "alphabet" technique that clarity described, breathing got hard. First I though that now IŽm stopping, but then my vision turned completely white, and I had some sensations that I remember having when entering SP. The sensations stopped and my vision went back to normal. I gave up 5-10 minutes later.
The thing is, I wasnŽt tired at all when trying this. Even right after I gave up, I wasnŽt tired. Do you think that if IŽll do this really tired next time, it will work?

You have a much better chance of success if you try it after some hours of sleep.
You need to find the right balance between being tired enough but not falling asleep all to easily.
You could also try it during naps ofcourse but be sure you are at least a little bit tired.
