WILD HURTS, help?
Hey everyone.
So basically I tried to WILD for the first time last night. There was a good amount of imagery that appeared as I paid attention to my heartbeat. Faces started to appear, and my eyes felt like they were starting to roll back into my head. I didn't stop them because I figured it would make the imagery go away. Next thing I knew they felt like they were looking upwards REALLY hard and it felt like they were about to pop out. My eyes started to hurt very badly, and the strain was unbearable, I opened my eyes to prevent it from going on..... This happens a few times when I goto bed. What's the problem? Any solutions?
Thanks!

It sounds like you were definitely experiencing HI and perhaps REM, but I've never heard people say that it hurts before.

The only way i can explain it is... close your eyes and look up as hard as you can, or try to roll them back

Focus on something other than your eyes when you WILD. It is probably a hallucination.

try to relax your eyes dont make them jitter. when you enter sleep paralysis, it is common that they start to move rapidly. which is REM (i believe..)

Yeah, I know what you mean, it has happened to me before (while just trying to sleep not WILD) but it really does hurt a little bit. The only reason you felt it is because you were focusing on it. Don't worry about your eyes just worry about other things.
