WILD help
so last night i tried waking up and wilding but i think i wasnt tired enough(i had about seven hours of sleep when i woke up) , i tried the technique where u put your hand under your back and then try to enter sp. but after 20 min i got bored and annoyed so i stopped trying. should i get up earlier so its easier to fall asleep?

a little earlier will help, also you have to be patient and motivated, its not easy but I promise, well worth it! Hand behind ur back? iv never heard of that?

k ill try it again tonight. ya the hand behind your back is in i think billybobs wild tutorial. its called an anchor because you can focus on the feeling of it being squished by your weight which reminds you taht you are sleeping. think thats the idea behind it..

hmmm.... Ill have to check that out just because but I don't think I could sleep like that, maybe thats your problem? I just lay in bed until Im really close to falling asleep, I just pay attention to me getting closer to sleeping than I count in my mind and visualize the numbers. Than my vision flashes, than Im just in a dream and I do a few RC.
