I never even thought about my body while lucid dreaming.
Try recreating the feeling of movement in your body, without actually moving. Try to imagine rocking back and forth, swaying, or falling without moving your body. It sounds harder than it really is. This is a good way to relax your body if visualization doesn't work for you.
You could also try reverse blinking. Close your eyes, and count your breath at every exhale. As you count, blink your eyes open and closed quickly. You don't really have to keep them open long enough to even focus on anything.
Reverse blinking sounds interesting, but may I ask, what's the point? Could I have a link to a tut/thread? I'll search but I don't like this forum's search engine, it's not helpful enough D:
