WILD Troubles, Please Help!

Alright, I know you all are gettick sick of these "troubles" threads but I really dont know what to do, I cant find any single thread with my experience. Ive had relative success with DILD, but I wanted a more reliable method.

I attempted my second WILD. I woke up at 5am, after going to bed at about 10:30. I immediately started drifting back to sleep, keeping my concious intact. after about 10 minutes or so i felt that feeling of my body telling me to shift positions to test my conciousness. I fought through the feeling and about 5 minutes later I felt a tingling sensation in my right hand that eventually moved throughout my whole body. It was the first time I felt that feeling so intense. My heart started beating faster then I thought possible and I struggled to contain my excitement. After what seemed like a minute but what was probabaly 45 seconds or so I made a huge mistake. Preforming a Reality Check before the wave was over. Needless to say I woke myself completely out of that state and for the next 40 minutes of trying to get back into it all I could feel was a heavy pressure on my body and a few hypnagogics.

Please give me any tips you think will help me WILD?

I can't give you tips, but I can say that I have had the same kind of problem. It has taken me a while to be able to enter SP and the one time I did I got excited and messed it all up because of that. I haven't been able to get as close as I was since then. I have read about the feelings of SP, but when I actually started to enter SP it kind of scared me because of how fast it was all brought on and it was such a new feeling.
