Need Help with W.I.L.D
Hello,
I have only ever had success with the DILD technique, whenever I try to MILD I find it almost impossible to control my imagination lol and it always fails, however when I try to WILD I can tell it is working, I start feeling as if I am spinning and I can feel the onset of SP however this takes way to long, so I give up.
So I recentley heard that there are two effective ways to get used to the WILD technique, firstly you should practise as soon as you wake up rather than an evening nap and not move an inch, this way you can supposedley go into the dreamstate much faster.
Secondly that rather than focus on one particular thing in order to remain conscious i.e. counting focus on your body, fleeting thoughts that pass through your mind and H.I. I have yet to try this and I was wondering what everyones thoughts were on this, any thoughts ideas considerations will be much appreciated
Cheers :D

For me entering SP is pretty easy. I think the most easiest way to WILD (and this is just from personal experience with it) is to just not focus too much on HI, HH, or anything at all. Just let your mind wander around a bit and when you start to see imagery then really try and make it come to life, for example, smell, touch, etc. Don't try to change the image, just imagine what it would be like if it were real. Use as many senses as possible. One thing I do recommend is imagining your moving in the image, it's complicated but just do it because it helps further embrace you dream body inside of the image. Just try and keep your mind awake, do this by using an anchor, like realizing your breathing every now and then or a noise or anything like that. That's pretty much it. Hope this helped.

I have WILD several times but have failed many more times so ill try your advice right now ;) Before I have counted and although I have to it to work it does seem flawed....
