Remdreamer to wake up for a WILD

Hi all,

I would like to use my REM-DREAMER (6.0 version LCD) in order to wake up at the beginning of the REM cycle 5 or 6 hours after to go to sleep.

It's just to wake up not to induce LD : My aim is a short WTBT and a WILD few minutes later. I use to wake up by myself every night about 5 hours after I get into sleep but I think it's at the end of the REM cycle. The other problem is I could not use a regular alarm clock (my wife is very sensitive ;-))

Do you know if it's possible to do this with the REMDREAMER ?
