Hey guys I am going to go to bed early and I am going to attempt a WILD early in the morning. I have attempted WILDS before but not the right way alwys attempted them to early but I am going to attempt them at the right time tonight my REM sleep occures after six hours of sleep but I would love extra pro tips thanks if I succeed tonight I will have achieved my first LUCID and I hope I do.
