Stuck in WILDING
Hi everyone,
So I'm new to Dream Yoga and all the lucid dreaming. Couple weeks I've been trying to WILD, but unsuccesfully. It happens that when I relax I feel that my body becomes heavy and my consciousness (in the form of my other body) separates from my physical body. It's like mental body separates from physical, but the problem is once its separate it stays like 10-20cm below or above until I come back to my physical again. Separation happens to be quick but after that I just don't know what to do next. I feel like I'm stuck.
Hope that you guys know what I mean or had similar experiences and willing to help your fellow dreamer.
Any tips or help is welcomed

Try willing yourself downward. I had my first WILD recently and it felt like I dipped up and down below my body, but it was only when I willed myself downward that I actually separated from my body.

The way I normally separate is to spin in circles. I used to just pull my dream body up and out, but I found that to be difficult sometimes and causes me to tense up. Spinning in circles fixes those problems. As soon as I actually feel like I'm rotating I know I'm in a dream and can open my eyes, move around, and stabilize the dream.
