tips for keeping calm durind WILD attempts
so for my last 2 WILD attempts they were going good, and then my feet would start to tickle.
unlike mosquito bites where"if you don't think about it it will stop itching" when my foot starts tickling there is nothing to think about. eventually (because i am a very ticklish person) i have to break off the attempt.
I know this is like trying not to swallow, the more you think about it the more you want to do it, so any tips to stop this, or at least something else to concentrate on would be appreciated
