Some WILD questions
Alright, I have a few questions, any help would be appreciated.
1. How do I stay calm during a WILD atempt? Last night, after I got up at 3:30 AM, I was nervous, and I would try it and get all hyped up, and not able to relax. Any help?
2. Can I move my eyes while attempting to get into sleep paralysis?
3. Does reverse blinking help?
Thanks!

1. Just keep practicing...the nerves will die with some experience. Just take slow deep breathes and try to fall asleep, just stay conscious as you are doing so. When you go to sleep normally you aren't hyped right? Just pretend this is normal sleep, but you are just going to witness how your body enters sleep this time...no big deal.
2. Yeah, don't forcefully move them, but if they move it is ok. Just try not to pay too much attention to them. If they move...its fine, think nothing of it and continue your attempt.
3. Reverse blinking is for helping you relax, but if you are performing WBTB, your body should already be sufficiently relaxed. It is used more to get into that heavy body feeling state, but coming off of sleep, your body will already be there.
Good luck and I hope I cleared some things up. Sorry no one got around to your post until now. I'll try to make sure that doesn't happen in the future!
