WBTB help?
I get up the usual 5-6 hours after sleep, turn my alarm clock off, and I know I need to get up, but I can't. I try to, I can move, so it isn't SP. But I try to, and I just can't. So then I go on with the process, because I can't get up, and then I fall asleep, because I haven't had time to wake my mind up. Any help please?

I don't get it... you should place your alarm clock far away from your bed so you have to get up and walk.

I have to put it under my pillow so I don't disturb my brother sleeping next to me.
I'll try and see what I can do.

You just have to will yourself to do it.
Like running drills when you play foot ball. You don't want to... But you have to force yourself

It's not really like I don't want to, it's more like I just can't get up. I dunno. I'll try tonight.

you need to figure out the problem for yourself really. for me its usually the cold or aching body that stops me wanting to get up. stretching and putting warm clothes on while still in bed fixed this for me

Just dont think! Do it! It sometimes happens to me. I am like in 3 2 1 oh no again 3 2 1 nope... just do it.
