      Migrane headaches after WILD?

      So, I went to sleep using WILD, when I woke up I had a migrane? Has this ever happend to anyone? It was also my first legit LD.

      hmm...do you normally get migraines? Or, did it go away rather suddenly/quickly after a minute or so? It could possibly have been a hypnopompic hallucination. Which is similar to a hypnagogic hallucination, but it happens upon waking up, rather than falling asleep. LDing should definitely not be giving you migraines. It could also have been a coincidence.
