      Help WILDing

      I relax, then i am paralyzed but i don't have any hypagonic images or sounds. I even go to a stage when i see flashing lights, hear nothing (as far as i read i should hear sounds) and the paralyze gets stronger. Then my heart starts bumping hard and i wake up. Any help how to overcome these two problems ?

      Ive read that not everyone will hear sounds. I've been in SP, and have never heard any sounds. And your heart speeding up is probably either HH or because your excited about SP

      The flashing lights are HH, as well as the pumping heart. Remember, these are just hallucinations...in SP you heartbeat is actually slow. You just have to stay calm and act as if nothing out of the ordinary is happening. Just stay relaxed and casually observe the flashing lights while ignoring the heart beat. It just takes some practice and experience to get used to it. Good luck to you, and if you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask.
