Sleep Position and WILD's
When learning to WILD (And i still am) i read that people said to do WILD's in your natural sleeping position. I naturally sleep on my side. I feel like when i do a WILD i should be alert and ready to pop up and be in a dream, so i lay on my back with my arms to my side and my legs casually crossed at the bottom of my bed. The first time i tried WILDing i was laying in bed for about 45 minutes i'm guessing, and nothing happened. It almost seemed like hours passed, and when i checked for sleep paralysis, because i didn't know what it felt like, i realized i had just been laying there for nothing because i could move freely. I was crushed. I thought it was because of how i was laying. I haven't successfully WILDed yet, it was only the other night i felt vibrations for the first time, but i find it easier to be in the state of mind of WILDing laying straight on my back, because when i do my natural position i feel like i should be unconscious and sleeping.
So i was wondering, what sleep position fits you best and how did you first experiment with it, or did you experiment at all? Did you already know what position, did the question even come up? Tell me your opinions!
