Having trouble getting to SP passing this stage. Any suggestions or tips?

For the past couple weeks I have been trying to WILD. About 4 days ago I think i passed in to SP. I heard a creepy laughing that kept repeating and felt like i was in hyper speed, but after about 30 secs this passed. Everything became dark and felt normal. I rose and checked the time and then checked it again to see if it changed/ tried to change it (as a RC). but i fell asleep and had non lucid dreams. Ive been trying to WILD ever since i had gotten that far in my first couple attempts but to no prevail. Know matter how long i lay there focusing I just cant seem to get back to that level I had reached, then i usually give up once i've seen that an hour or longer has passed by and try to go to sleep in a normal fashion. I have tried WBTB i usually go to bed around 1230 or 1 and have an alarm set for 5 and 630 but when i wake up i usually pee, drink water or apple juice and then fall asleep. ( not attaining lucidity). I havent had a lucid dream yet but i have had many missed dream signs such as doing something that wouldnt work in real life and asking if this is a dream and a dream character stating back "you ARE dreaming!" then just missing that sign and waking up kicking myself! haha Anyway just looking for some tips or corrections of what im doing wrong. Anything will help! thanks!

I have never WILDed before or gotten into SP (or at least I think so) but I can give you some tips that I have read here on the forum.

1. Try not to think about SP when you WILD.
2. Always try with a WBTB because doing a WILD without a WBTB is nearly impossible. (This could be the reason why you have to lay there so long).
3. Keep trying and don't give up.
