Help please!
Greetings, dreamers!
So last night waking up at about 5am, I was able to put my body into SP 3 times, once via Jeff's Free Falling method and other two times by just pulling myself back into my mind when i felt i was drifting into sleep, my question is, after i put myself into SP, how do i enter the dream?:?
All replies are appreciated, thank you!:D

The best thing to do is relax, and not pay attention to the hallucinations and other symptoms of SP. Imagine a dream scene around you and visualize it as strongly as you can behind your eyelids. Feel the ground beneath your feet, and try to imagine yourself walking around and touching things. All the while, tell yourself that you're dreaming. Even if the SP suddenly stops, be sure to do a reality check because even if you visualize a dream scene, sometimes it may not encapsulate you and you'll end up in a false awakening. Dreams are weird that way. :P

Okay, so being hope early from school early today (i finish early as a senior) i decided to take a nap, try WILD again, i got to the point of SP where i couldn't really feel my body (that's suppose to happen.. right?) but my mind just wasn't really going anywhere, i tried to picture myself on a beach, walking from the beach onto nearly grass and touching nearby plants but maybe the visualization wasn't strong enough?

Yeah, you shouldn't really be able to feel your body during SP. But sometimes, your body can end up becoming numb just because it hasn't moved for a while - in that case, it isn't a symptom of SP. Maybe you had to continue waiting for the actual SP to kick in. You may not have been trying a WILD at the proper time, too. The best time to try it is during a nap 5-6 hours after waking up, and it's even easier if you're relatively tired. To prepare for a WILD during a nap, it's helpful to do some stretches and relaxation exercises - reverse blinking, for instance.

Ooohh, 5-6 after waking up.. okay, that makes more sense :p

Yeah. :P I'm taking it you tried to nap a few hours after the 5 - 6 hour time zone? If that's the case, you probably didn't have much REM left from the previous night, hence the unsuccessful WILD. Keep trying though!
