Ok, I need help!!!<===

Ok, so im new to this whole lucid dreaming WILD thing. I have tried to do it for at least a week with no results. When i go to sleep and wake up 4 hours after, I do a WBTB and go back to bed and relax my self and my mind. I lie there for at least 30 minutes without anything happening. Please help me!

Well the goal is to go to sleep consciously. They key phrase being go to sleep. You may just be too excited and therefore keeping yourself too aware and awake to slip into trance. Are you good at passively observing your thoughts?
