Ok so ive been practicing wilds for about the past 2 months and this is whats been happening lately..
I lay down in my normal sleeping position, i relax for a few minutes, then i start to count down from 100 with a mantra in between and i focus on my breathing. And once i get to about 70-60ish im usually already in a light sp almost, my breathing has slowed, and numb/heavy feeling limbs. After that i just let my thoughts go and I just go with it and after a few minutes i start getting the audio and visual hallucinations and now where the problems come in. I most of the time i dont really focus on them and then i start to try to visualize a dream around me but i never can really get it. That or i just let my mind go and i will get partial lucids like I can move my arm but as soon as i realize it i lose it or i will drift off into unconsciousness...
I feel like im close but cant quite get it so is there anything i can do that will help me get there?
