Alright so
I know this is somewhere, but for quick reference sake. I just Wilded myself by meditating before bed and i got to the part where your automatic breathing kicks in. Kind of freaky listening to yourself breathing and feeling your chest rise and fall without making an conscious effort. But there was NO dream scene. Just blackness. Now i didnt do a WBTB (obviously) so the question is, how do i enter a dream? especially before REM, also, i kind of kept focusing too much on realizing i was breathing without thinking and it threw me in and out oa automatic breathing. any tips? it was hard to think of anything else with black surronding me.
Also, sdomething to mention, i didnt experience SP effects nor HH so, what am i supposed to do?

If you don't do it WBTB then you have to stay in that state quite a while since REM period goes in cycles. WILD is usually seen hard if not WBTB since not all have the patience to stay in sensory depreved state for that long, without moving :)
When I WILD, I usually count my breaths and visualize the air flowing. It's also the one of the meditations I do nontheless. That passes the time, until you get to images/sounds part.
