      Having problems not noticing my body

      I've been trying to WILD for some time with WBTB and during naps.I read that the point is to fall asleep and not to think about my body.
      I was really tired yesterday at night and when i went to bed , all i wanted was just to fall asleep , but i had a lot of thoughts about things that happened that day ,so i let my mind chatter, while it did so , at some point there was some kind of "blast" in my mind and body and i realize i'm in SP , my body is just so damn heavy..This happened a total of 4 times in 30 minutes while i let my mind "chatter".

      So i do a WBTB in the morning and go back to bed after 30 minutes , still feeling really sleepy ,when my body starts feeling numb i start counting my breaths to 10 and back to 1,but i still notice my body and i really try not to..it's like "1 , 2, 3 ,*notice my body*,..." and so i gave it 2 tries , 1 hour each and got to SP once , but i still failed, because in SP i started thinking about my body.What could you suggest?

      Try only staying up long enough to get up out of bed, stand there and look out the window for a minute, then try. Remember the ultimate goal is to fall asleep; as for your concentration you could try switching up your anchor to something slightly more engaging like visualizing your ideal dream. As for the effects of SP just roll with it, DONT TRY REALLY HARD not to think about it because you will if you do that.

      So i should be sleepy to do WILDs?
