I've been trying to WILD for some time with WBTB and during naps.I read that the point is to fall asleep and not to think about my body.
I was really tired yesterday at night and when i went to bed , all i wanted was just to fall asleep , but i had a lot of thoughts about things that happened that day ,so i let my mind chatter, while it did so , at some point there was some kind of "blast" in my mind and body and i realize i'm in SP , my body is just so damn heavy..This happened a total of 4 times in 30 minutes while i let my mind "chatter".
So i do a WBTB in the morning and go back to bed after 30 minutes , still feeling really sleepy ,when my body starts feeling numb i start counting my breaths to 10 and back to 1,but i still notice my body and i really try not to..it's like "1 , 2, 3 ,*notice my body*,..." and so i gave it 2 tries , 1 hour each and got to SP once , but i still failed, because in SP i started thinking about my body.What could you suggest?
