Hi guys :)

Sleep paralysis is sadly inevitable. However there is nothing to be afraid of. They are HARMLESS, and whatever you hear/feel/see is COMPLETELY hallucination. Yes, they are scary at first but you will get used to them once you realize there is nothing to worry about. :)
And how long do you usually stay in SP ?
Thanks :)
Whenever I notice that I'm in sleep paralysis I usually just focus on my breathing so I don't freak out and mess everything up, because I must admit I still get a bit spooked too. Just empty your mind, focus on your body. How the gravity feels pushing against you, the pillow your head is resting on, etc. You will notice it will become increasingly hard to focus on one thing for a long time. Luckily you won't have to do this for a long time, I usually fall asleep within 10 minutes. Actually, this happened to me this morning. I woke up prepared for a DEILD and within a few minutes I noticed my body becoming heavy and numb (normal!). Instead of thinking about it (big mistake, clear your mind) I focused on my breathing. I fell asleep quickly and worry free.
Remember, just a second of fear can trigger a lucid nightmare if you do end up having one! Good luck :)
Ok and how can we get out of a lucid nightmare ? :S
