When i attempt a wild i can't let my thoughts wander for too long or i'll fall completely asleep. so i was wondering are there any exercises that train me to passively observe my thoughts? and can i still wild if i don't let my thoughts wander and just sit there? Basicly what do you guys do when waiting for Sleep paralysis? and how long is the average wild?
