WBTB - waking time depends on when you first went to sleep/when you usually go to sleep.
4.5 hours or 6 hours after first sleep is generally the best time to wake, because you are more likely to be in the two major REM zones of sleep.
Of course this is slightly different for everyone, so experiment.
Do answer your question more directly, it depends on when you went to sleep.
I think the OP was refering to a afternoon nap. Ive heard the best times to WILD during the middle of thr day is 3pm and 7pm
If you could lie down and go to sleep fairly easily and you've been up for less than 8 hours, go ahead :D.
