Hey so I've read some articles on Lucid Dreaming and the techniques, including WILDs.
But I'm still confused about one thing,
is it possible to get into bed, do some sleep induction or meditation techniques and then go straight into a WILD / fall asleep?
In the time span of 20 minutes or however long it takes to actually fall asleep?
I thought that we only dreamed in the REM sleep, which is like 90 minutes after falling asleep or something?
So how does a WILD work?
